It is a new way for company to pool capital, the company can hypothecate its property, which can be even included the properties in the future, and also has right to dispose its property before the crystallization. This new type of financing capital will do good to many companies, special for small companies. Of course as a new system, floating charge has also many problems, for example,the scope of subjects are too broad, the scope of objects are too narrow, the content of floating charge is not complete and there is no detailed rules about register, priority, the scope of operation. Our aim is to improve the system after making our efforts.The first part of thesis is to introduce the concept of floating charge , commonly characters as the beginning, its origins and historic development.The second part of thesis is to introduce floating charge's foundation, development, transformation and comparing system of Chinese floating charge with British floating charge with American floating charge.The third part of thesis is to introduce how the floating charge may make an influence on company for financing capital, including good efforts and bad efforts.The fourth part of thesis is to introduce how we can make a effect to avoid bad influences of floating charge, and try our best to improve the system of floating charge.
