On The Procuratorial Supervision Of Civil Implementation

At present, in our judicial practice, there exists a series of problems on civil enforcement such as"out-of-orderexecution","executive dysfunction"and illegal enforcement. Not only the defect of management system civil enforcement management system and intenal supvisory system , but also the lack of external supervision leads to several problems:the disorder of civil executive power,the failure of judicial goal to protection the interests of parties and the impefection of inspection and supervision.The severity of these problems needs a powerful and effective specialize agency to supervise the civil implementation, with the desire to judicial justice.This article begins with the necessity and the possibility of establishing the institution of civil implementation,and discusses its theoretical basis,practical foundation and institution,for the direction of the institutional completion.
