Unechte Cesamtschulden is not formulated by legislation of each country,but it has admitted by theories and judicial precedences of most Civel Law countries because of its enormous value.The purpose of this thesis is defining the meaning of Unechte Cesamtschulden,combing out its basic therories and providing theoretical support for judicial practice.Except for the conclusion,this article is made up of five parts.Part one:In this part,by combing out the concept of Unechte Cesamtschulden discussed by different scholars,the writer puts forward a new definition.Part two:the comparative analysis of Unechte Cesamtschulden and the neighboring legal institutions.Part three:In order to remedy the insufficiency of abstrction of the concept of Unechte Cesamtschulden,the writer studies the types of Unechte Cesamtschulden.Part four:Studies the effectiveness of Unechte Cesamtschulden.Part five:In this part,the writer tries to solve several differcult problems in judicial practices on Unechte Cesamtschulden.
