| Along with the social progressing and economy soaring, non-profit organization has achieved gratifying performance all over the world. Non-profit organization's business scope has covered education, science and technology, public health, labor, civil administration, sports, community, environmental protection, public welfare, charitable career, professional rural economic and other areas of social life. Non-profit organization is becoming an important force in social construction and management. There are many opportunities and challenges for non-profit organization. In order to take positive and effective measures, organization should implement strategic management.In China, a few non-profit organization has used of the strategic management and success. However, there are many problems in most of the organizations. First, it proposes a question, discusses the theory background of the topic, and then introduces meaning of practice, research methods and frame of the dissertation. And then it introduced the characteristics and functions of non-profit organizations. The process of strategy management contains strategy design, strategy implementation and strategic valuation and control. Then this dissertation analyzes non-profit organization's facing puzzledom, and supplies the methods on strategic management's application. It should establish a system to make strategy. Some strategy, such as innovation strategy,symbiosis strategy,emergent strategy and human resource strategy could help the organization. This dissertation attempts a renovation research by applying business strategic management to non-profit organization, discussing the strategy and strategic management of non-profit organization, and initially studying its framework and content.Finally, this dissertation takes China Youth Development Foundation as an example to analyze the developing status of regional non-profit organizations, and proves the effectiveness of the proposed solutions.
