| In this paper, under the guidance of theories of enterprise management strategies, with the current running of Changzhou Transportation Administration Company, the author presents a strategy for the future development of Changzhou Transportation Administration Company. The project management is a new arising technical service industry as well as an over competitive one. With China's entering into WTO , they will compete not only with domestic companies, but also with foreign counterparts. Therefore, it becomes a topic to keep the sustainable, steady and healthy development of company so as to take advantages in the fierce competition.Based on the information provided, this paper systematically analyses the macro environment and industrial environment of Changzhou Transportation Administration Company and reveals its opportunities and threats. This paper promulgates its strengths and weakness by analyzing the internal environmental factors and establishes the company's selective strategy by adopting SWOT matrix based on which Changzhou Transportation Administration Company confirms its mission and strategic objective.
