The Scientific Outlook On Development Lead To Building Of Innovative Country: Strategic Framework And Thinking

At the age of the economic globalization, the innovative economy becomes the dominant mode of the economic development, the coordinated development of human, economy, society and the environment become the main subject of this period. Since reform and opening to the outside world we have acquired the attention of the world. But there is a widening gap between our national economy and the developed countries. Our ability of independent innovation is low. The mode of the growing economy is to cost so much sources, the innovation devotes little to our economy. There are many uncoordinated problems among economy, society, environment and resource. In order to solve these problems our Party Central Committee proposed new idea, new way, new theory of the scientific outlook on development and establish the new strategy of improving the independent innovation and innovative country. What is the logic relation between the scientific outlook on development and the innovative country? This thesis will study it clearly.There are five chapters in this thesis. Chapter One:We analysis the necessity of proposing the scientific outlook on development and the innovative country according to the international and internal background. The core of the proposition is how the scientific outlook on development leads to building innovative country. Chapter Two:We describe the intrinsic connection between the scientific outlook on development and innovative country. Chapter Three:We discourse the strategic framework of the innovative country led by the scientific outlook on development, it includes strategic aim, strategic policy, strategic contents. Chapter Four, we propose the basic constructional way of the innovative country led by the scientific outlook on development in social practice. Chapter Five:Conclusion. We put forward the conclusion, the innovative argument and some parts we should further study.The innovative argument of this thesis is that we prove the essential connection between the scientific outlook on development and innovative country on theory:the new scientific outlook on development leads the new developmental strategy and the new developmental strategy is the concrete practice of the new scientific outlook on development. On this basis we mainly discuss the basic strategic framework and the strategic thinking of the innovative country led by the scientific outlook on development.
