Solutions On Problems Of The Party Construction Of College Students

With the economic globalization and the deepening of the reform of teaching system of China's higher education, the Party construction of university students has an important position in talent cultivation and the ideological and political education. It's a new challenge for current students' Party construction to have a big number of student party members which made the membership and ideological and political education of the university student Party members to be a concern topic. Current research on college student Party has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on this background and the current situation of Party construction, the thesis related and analyzed how to strengthen and improve college students' ideological and political work in the new period from several aspects.The thesis reviewed the domestic and foreign relevant research papers, and defined the conception of college students' Party construction work. On this basis, the thesis established its theoretical framework. The research adopted survey analysis and interviewed some students in Jiangnan University to do concretely analysis in the aspect of motivation of joining in the Party, the quality of students'Party members, the education situation of Party members. The thesis found out the main achievement of college students'Party construction work which involved in the sharp increase in the number of the student Party members, the work of developing carried out without a hitch, and the basic organizations of the Party tried their best to bring forth new ideas. The main problem referred to the problem in the work of developing new members, in the field of ideological and political education of student Party members when they joined the Party, and the construction of the college student Party branch.The thesis further discussed the reason and found out the reason mainly in the fellow aspects. Firstly, the outside environments affect the growth of the Party members. Secondly, the huge number of student Party members made the number of teaching staff couldn't satisfy the need, and the college Party organization brought into play and with little action. Thirdly, the Party members themselves were not enthusiastic with the party life and had low consciousness of learning the knowledge. The college student Party branches were lack of practice of the party's theory of innovationIn order to solve these problems, the thesis puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. It mainly should take building good social environment, improving and perfecting the ideological and political work system and innovating working mechanism as the point of departure. All we do is to actively implement the policies of the CPC Central Committee on Party building in universities, finally promote the policies and overall quality of student Party members, ensure the Party members put the advanced nature in practice.
