Research On Ideological Education Of The Undergraduate Party Member

The higher institution which is the training base for the higher quality talents undertakes the historical responsibility of fostering the constructors and successors for the socialist modernization. The undergraduate Party member is the excellent and active student procession and good example among the youth undergraduate. The quality of the undergraduate Party member's ideological and moral is relating to the success of the socialist cause and Party's cause. Strengthening their political and ideological education and bringing their exemplary vanguard role into full play among the students have great significance for finishing the education task of students and raising the education quality of higher institution.The full text contains four parts altogether. Part one is divided into five ones, whose introduction mainly expounds the researching background, status quo of researching, significance,aim, innovation, researching frame and methods, the duality of the undergraduate Party member's role as well, the fifth is the mainly idea of this part.Part two is about the study on the ideological status quo and education of the undergraduate Party member. As is shown in the questionnaire and related reference, the mainstream is undoubtedly good, but we can't neglect the trouble consisted in some undergraduate Party member, which affected not only the procession of the undergraduate Party member, but also the whole undergraduate. The ideological education task of the undergraduate Party member in high institution has been strengthened and paid more attention. Although we made a wonderful progress, it further needs to be probed and perfected.Part three analyzed the lack of the undergraduate Party member's vanguard character, innovation, favorable sociability of their ideological status quo and how to educate and manage them from the factors of management, vales, psychology and macroscopic.Part four is about the countermeasures of strengthening the ideological and political education of the undergraduate Party member. This part not only based on the formers'study and the results of the questionnaire, but also combined the undergraduate Party member'particularity and special stage which forming and developing the outlook on world, life and values. Putting forward to four pieces of accessible suggestion as follow: how to improve the undergraduate Party member's vanguard character, innovation, favorable sociability and how to constructs the joint force mechanism of the undergraduate Party member's ideological education.This paper is innovated as follow: first, the accessible methods based on the formers'suggestion, and summarized extensively from political accomplishment, common courtesy and individual moral quality. Second, this paper focus on the duality of the undergraduate Party member, not only realized their particularity as the party member, but also their generality as the ordinary undergraduate. It studied the question by unifying the dual roles and try to rise to a higher point with a new angle of view.
