Drugs situation has been always harassed every area and various groups , drug-related crime derived therefrom is the frontier issue in numerous social problems. The city of Foshan located in Guangdong Province, the Pearl River Delta, south of Hong Kong and Macao ,on the one hand, vulnerable to foreign drug situation to Guangdong Province, the situation of drug ;on the other hand, drug situation in Guangdong Province and the neighboring mainland province of drug trafficking and consumption of each pull. Therefore, in Guangdong Province, the drug situation is more severe toxicity, anti-drug task is more difficult. To the specific case of Foshan City, drug-related crime presents some new situations and new problems, not only typical, but also has regional.
