As people living standard rise generally, increasing quantities of private cars, and used in automobile storage of the parking places and garages, around a shortage of car parking space and residential machine and garage ownership dispute. The thesis topic area parking garage as theory, the ownership of the existing legislation, frame, through the theory and system analysis, solve the parking places and garages community ownership. Through the comparison, empirical, history, according to the method of representative us-japan German national and Taiwan area parking garage basic system analysis, trying to explore our village parking garage belonging to the basic framework, and further improve the way, and how the market economy in our district of the parking places and garages belongs to this important legal laws and regulations.
