The Analysis Of Duty-related Crime

Duty-related crime, which is a focal-point in the research of the Criminal-law, is placed emphasis on by many countries all over the world. As the Reform and opening-up is deepened, crime by taking advantage of duty is also increasing, going along with the rapid development of the market-oriented economy. Duty-related crime not only destroys good image of the Party and government, brings out huge loss in economy, but also causes damage to the development of harmonious society, even if menaces the stable political power of government. Therefore, it is necessary to research in the crime by taking advantage of duty.There are three parts in my essay. In the first part, the author probes into the history, development and the present situation of duty-related crime. The author also makes deep analysis on the concept of duty-related crime, points out the component parts of this kind of crime and classifies it.In the second part, the author analyses the various reasons of duty-related crime, including aspects of economy, the organizational system of a government organ, system of law, culture and factors of the social environment and the individual.In this part, the author also expounds the characteristics of duty-related crime and the damages it will bring out. The third part mainly focuses on the precautions against the duty-related crime. The author brings up some measures of how to prevent duty-related crime, which is, reforming the institution of economy and politics, perfecting the system of law, and establishing good concepts in ideology. Hope these measures could restrain the high-occurrence of duty-related crime.
