With China's deepening of reform and opening up, economic social reform has entered a crucial stage that the economic structure, social structure and social organization form deep-seated changes While facing some problems that the outstanding contradictions and problems to resolve. The inconsistent between adjustment of economic structure and the pace of social structure, the acceleration of social stratification and social interest groups' diversification result in the multiple groups'disputes and make against the establishment of a harmonious society. Papers will discuss the involvement of industrial associations as a starting point to improve our resolving mechanism of our groups'disputes.The first chapter is the status of groups'disputes. This section analyzes the status and causes of group disputes. It is gradually emerging the feature of.industrialize on the groups'disputes and then proposes a view that the industrial association involves in resolving groups'disputes.The second chapter is about the analysis of necessity and feasibility of involvement of industrial association to resolve groups'disputes. I consider that it is necessary and feasible that industrial association involves in resolving groups' disputes by knowing the definition, features and functions of industrial association.The third chapter is about the positive analysis that industrial association involved in resolving groups'disputes. This part focuses on analyzing the concrete cases and indicating the problems on resolving groups'disputes which based on the legislation and development of our industrial association.The fourth chapter is about the procedure perfect suggestion that industrial association involved in resolving groups'disputes. After discussion of the preceding chapters, this part proposes four suggestions that is establishing sense, strengthen legislation, clear positioning and introducing groups'litigation.
