The Criminal Investigation Of New Bribery

As a social phenomenon, bribery, existing in different social systems, is a common problem that universal lawmakers need to face. Bribery is part of the whole bribery criminal acts, and could cause serious social harm. So, we must increase our research on its theory, and improve its legislation, which is the key to corruption punishment. In order to improve the legislation of bribery, and to solve the problems in the juridical practice, the author tries to make a comparison on bribery rules between the world and our current criminal laws, and especially analyses some new kinds of bribery which were published in "Suggestion on the Using of Law on the Trialing of Bribery Criminal Cases" by the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on June 8th,2007. Meanwhile, the shortage of bribery rules in our existing criminal laws and reasonable proposals are also put forward in this thesis.
