However, due to the lack of theoretical preparation and the diversity of social life, inevitably, there are variously legislative incompleteness. Owners with the combined rights makes the perform of the rights complexity. Therefore, this article focuses on the protect of the civil law to the rights of owners. On the basic of the academic study and the social practice, I'll card the ways of the exercise of the owners'rights and the means to sort out relieves. After that, I shall give some constructive advices with a view to improve relevant legislations of the estate managements.The first chapter of this passage is the basic rights of owners in estate management. After instructing estate itself, I'll reply the definitions and the contents. Thereby, we'll get involved in the history and the concept of the estate management. Then is the rights that owners should have.The second chapter of this passage is the effects and questions that Property Law have. Out of the real life, I'll summarize four types of the disputes of the owners'autonomy.In the third part, I'll introduce the causes of the impairments of the owners. First, is the matter from the legislature and administrative organs. Secondly, the quality of service in the property management company has lots defects. Thirdly, the ways of the exercise of owners' rights are insufficient.At last, I'll give a series of constructive advice to improve the protecting of the owners' rights. That will make the state better and the exercise of owners'rights more effective.
