Research On The Begging With The View Of Constitution

As a social and historical phenomenon, the begging is a worldwide problem. Currently, the existence of the begging has done a serious effect on the other people and the public order. Behind this social problem, there are some deep reasons. At the background of being dedicated to construct the Harmonious Socialist Society, there will be a practical signification if we can research the phenomenon of the begging.The phenomenon of the begging has exists a long history in our country. As the variety reasons behind this phenomenon, there are so many kinds of the begging. Because of the variety of the begging, when we relieve and administrate the begging we should take different actions as we facing different begging. Although the begging is a personal liberty, the universal existence of the begging has done a serious effect on our society. At present there are three kinds of actions on the begging:relief and guidance, administration and restriction, punish and strike. On the ground of the analysis of the begging, this thesis will research the relief and administration of the begging.
