| With the development of economy and society, international an Chinese society is becoming aging of populations, and it has been an inexorable trend. So, various strata of society pay more attention to the topic:how should deal with the situation.Kunming city is located in southwest region of our country, there are many special developing advantage. Under the guide of West Development Strategy, Kunming is being in a key period to rapidly develop. But Kunming's average level of aging of population is more higher than the National average level. Therefore, it's important to Kunming's development for dealing with the situation.Based on "Structure functionalism" theory,the Maslow's "Hierarchy theory of needs" and so on, the writer examined the matter from the development and perfect of system structure,make comparisons between foreign and domestic pension service system,then analyzed the developing condition of Kunming's pension service system, in order to find their problems. In this paper, thinking of the city country integral whole turns was applied to study urban and rural pension service system. It is a good pattern to perfect pension service system as developing social security system,constructing pension infrastructure and reinforcing pension information and so on. The paper also analyzed the way of developing aging industry, if we gave free rein to superiority of market economy distributing resources. In the end, the paper classified aging industry and raised the corresponding strategies of development in order to help companies get business opportunities and acquire profits. |
