Therefore, the current research cannot effectively guarantee the realization of equal right. Therefore, this article through higher education equality for the analysis of the connotation and denotation to establish a set of higher education field can effectively guarantee the whole process of equality mechanism. This paper main body is divided into four parts, the first part of higher education equality for defining the connotation, begin from equality, establish the general concept analysis "reasonable basis" and reasonable degree of standard two judgements equality.Then according to the characteristics of higher education, this paper focuses on the general characteristics of higher education of higher education equality, show the necessity and urgency of guarantee. Finally comb at present our country legal system for higher education field the provisions of equality. The second part of China's higher education field for the present existing describe the inequality in higher education respectively, the education process, the starting point, three aspects of education results appear inequality is expounded, enumerated some many inequity, make people have intuitive impression. The third part for higher education analyzed the existing security and insufficiency equal rights. Although our country's higher education guarantee to make great achievements, but in laws and administrative law enforcement and the judicial relief from three aspects, mainly still exist deficiency existing laws and regulations, the administrative organ lack of supervision, judicial remedy lack reasons such as small scale. Higher education field led to infringe upon frequently occurred, but equal rights right to get relief is very difficult. The fourth part of higher education equality, and discussed the consummation safeguard mechanism, mainly from strengthen legislation and perfect the remedy mechanism two aspects to consider.
