Socialist New Rural Construction Background Towns Cadres Style Construction Research

New socialist countryside reflects social status that characterizes the rural socio-economic development and social progress in a certain period under the socialist conditions and the socialist system. Building a new socialist countryside is an important measure of implementing the scientific concept of development, but also the intrinsic request that builds a harmonious socialist society and moderately prosperous society. Rural cadres are the advocates and implementers of state principles and policies, direct leaders of new socialist countryside and representative of the image of the party and the country in the countryside. Rural cadres'style problem has a close relationship with nature of cadres, the image of the party and nation, whether the party's principles and policies can be correctly formulated and implemented or not, ruling power, popular support, the local custom and folk, social harmony and stability. The building of rural cadres'style is not only an important subject of cadres building, but also an important subject of party's building. Because of influence of the domestic and international factors, strength of the building of rural cadres'style in the current situation becomes more important and urgent. So the research on the building of the rural cadres'style has important theoretical significance and practical significance. Through the proposal of building the new socialist countryside and the analysis of the goals and requirements of the new socialist countryside, this paper discusses the important effect of the rural cadres'style on building the socialist new countryside and analyzes some style problems in some rural cadres, such as the conformism style, the incorrect study motivation, the indifferent attitude in the objective consciousness and so on, and it also puts forward the selection evaluation system which aims to strengthen the education and to be perfect and the supervision measures which aim to strengthen the rural cadre teams' style, in order to cultivate the rural cadres who have the spirit style of emancipating the mind and seeking the truth from facts, the study style of combining the theory and the reality, the working style of doing the real work and serving the people, the life style of pursuing the decency and health, the leader style of keeping the democratic unity and justice and some other good styles of the arduous struggle and thrift under the new period of constructing the new socialist rural construction. In a word, under the background of the current construction on the socialist new rural, the style construction of rural cadres is very important and urgent.
