Criminal Procedure Law Transplant And Local Resources In China

The law must be believed in, or it will exist in name only. Any kind of law to get full force if we must make people believe that the law is with them. This paper points out the Criminal Procedure is facing the dilemma of "the law of the legal, social self-society " ,and the use of comparative analysis, historical analysis, sociological research methods, analyzes the causes of this dilemma - the lack of Chinese Subject Awareness of legal migration, concludes the author's point of view, the Criminal Procedure Law of the transplant should be based on local resources.
