| For the crime of the serious criminal phenomenon, How to adapt to a country's national conditions, social conditions and take appropriate identified scale, On the ability to effectively combat serious criminal offenders and the full protection of the legitimate rights and individual and public interests, are of great significance。This is essentially through the criminal objectivism, subjectivism, subjective and objective unity of thinking runs through three main lines of the whole theory of common crime.They were identified the essence of different points of view during the development of the criminal law of the typical school of thought crystallized. And they affect the different views of all the theory parts of common crime,and finally,composition of common criminal's different forms and elements of choices and combinations. In the second chapter, discussion of whether the crime Elements of an independent dispute, through summarizes the different model of common crime's composition by introducing the theories of various schools and the typical countries of the criminal code. In the third chapter, Mainly describes the difference between the compositions of common crime and separate crime,and based on this,argues whether composition syetem of common crime includes the independent element or be independent system. And interpret deeply independent constitutive elements in common crime's composition.
