On The Autonomy Legislative Of Ethnic Autonomous Areas

Autonomous legislation of Ethnic Autonomous Areas refers to the legislative body, formulating autonomous ordinance and regulations according to law, which are operative in Ethnic Autonomous Areas. Autonomy Legislation is of great significance for autonomous rights, for the Ethnic Autonomous Areas'development and the maintenance of the system of regional autonomy for ethnic minorities.In this dissertation, firstly, legal analysis, comparative analysis and other methods are applied to illustrate the concept and characteristics and other theoretical issues of autonomy legislative; then a profound analysis is performed on the problems of autonomy legislative and the problems'various causes; finally, focusing on these problems, corresponding suggestions are put forward hoping to promote the effective exercise of the autonomous legislation.
