The Development Of Grassroots Democracy And The Study Of The Rights Protection

This paper began with the perspective of construction of the contemporary country and society. On the basis of analytical framework of Country-Society, we compared developing course with institution building horizontally and vertically, combined with the current problem in the grassroots democracy developing. At last we concluded: protection of the rights of grassroots democracy in our country would be the new trend in the next developing stage.This paper started with the state of rights protecting and institution building from the five main areas in grassroots democracy. Combined with the case and hot social phenomena in grassroots level, we probed into what restricted right protecting in grassroots democracy developing at the current situation, and put forward advices to these shortcomings and deficiencies. Building a more perfect system of grassroots democracy and rights protection operation mechanism, finally it would make the development of the rights of grassroots democracy and protection interacting and developing in harmony.With the long-term system accumulation and extensive practice science the reform and opening up, China's democratic construction at the grassroots level has achieved remarkable results in the perspective of ensuring people's civil rights. The content and reform of democracy has been constantly innovated and enriched, at the same time the mechanism of democratic participation has been perfected. They can not only promote the development of China's socialist democracy, but improve people's ability of political participation, implement and guarantee people's civil rights. In the meantime, we should realize that it is a continuous progress of exploration and practice of developing civil rights at the grassroots level, which can not be accomplished in one move. It still exists some problems of China's democratic construction at the grassroots level, which restricts the guarantee of civil rights and further perfection and development of grassroots democracy. By the way of cultivating democratic society and constructing democratic politics, people well enjoy the civil rights, and enjoying the uncertain civil rights is equal with enjoying no rights. Thus, after the government's empowering people, it is necessary to construct a perfect, sound and powerful system of right protection to guarantee the implementing and enjoying of civil rights.
