This research explores the perspective of the State regarding the family in different stages of the government of Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Probably no society has given so much importance to the family as it has traditional Chinese society. Changes in family structure substantially affected the mode of production. In the patriarchal traditional to model production processes and the division of labor will be determined within the family. With the emergence of nuclear family mode of production exceeds the scope of the family and gives prominence to women before passive object model within the family, now as a subject capable of taking an active role in the mode of production and in social relations.
