Research On The Implementation Of Administrative Legal Responsibility Of Administrative Subject Of Environment

Environmental Legal liabilities are classified three types, including administrative, criminal and civil Legal Responsibility of Environment. Among them, the Administrative Legal Responsibility of Environment can be divided into the administrative responsibility of administrative subject of Environment, environmental administration relative and the national civil service. The reason why the Administrative Legal Responsibility of Administrative Subject of Environment was particularly stressed is that they fail to take measures in current environmental events. In practice, administrative omissions relating to environment are everywhere. Environmental laws and regulations can not be implemented. How to reverse this negative phenomenon? How to make the administrative legal responsibility of administrative subject of environment be effectively achieved?
