Study On Legal Issues Of Housing Accumulation Fund System In China

The housing accumulation fund system is developing as China's economic system reform. To better housing conditions of town workers and to construct a socialist harmonious society, the housing accumulation fund system has played a pivotal role. However, any system are developed in constantly reform. From the view of law, this article systematically studied the housing accumulation fund system in our country.This paper is four main parts:In the first part, it analyzes the background of housing accumulation fund, development course, the concept, characteristics and existing basis and other aspects.In the second part, it introduces related housing accumulation fund systems in foreign countries.In the third part, it searches out legal defects of housing accumulation fund system in our country, basically has the following problems: effectiveness level of the current regulations legal is low, poor oversight, workers rights independently are difficult, the law enforcement of management center of housing accumulation fund is difficult.In the fourth part, some suggestions are put forward in locating problems of legal system of the housing accumulation fund system in our country. First of all, " The administration law of housing accumulation systems fund" should formulate, to enhances our country' system of housing accumulation fund of legislation. Secondly, establish the supervisory committee, to enhance the housing accumulation fund running process supervision. Then, gives rights to workers. Finally, gives rights to the management center of housing accumulation fund. Propose the Problem is for solving the Problem.We hope that, this paper discussed on our legal system of housing accumulation fund to provide some suggestions for this system, and we also hope that the housing accumulation fund system can play a more active role in the construction of the socialist harmonious society in our country.
