Marx and Engels established Materialism and Marxist Law in service to the proletariat and working people in which proposed Marxist Legal Thought. The meaning of rule of law is rule the country by law. In the succession of Marxist Legal Thought, combined with China's current national situation, Jing Ze-min enriched and developed Marxist Legal Thought. Jing Ze-min proposed The Rule of Law and Building a Socialist Country Ruled by Law in his report to the Fifteenth National Congress of the Party.There are many articles on theories and practices research of Jing Ze-min's legal thought and some of them have achieved certain results. To better guide legal construction of China at present, this article analyses from The Rule of Law, The monocracy ideology and Marxist Legal Thought, tries to probe into Jiang Ze-min's rule of law which inherited and developed from Marxist Legal Thought. Studies in depth the law of thought development from Marx, Engels to Jing Ze-min's and has important theoretical and practical value for Building a harmonious society.The first chapter mainly introduces the background, significance and content, methods, presentation of simple summary. The second chapter discusses the rule of law and legal thought of the history and meaning of the rule of law, the concept of rule of law, a few thoughts on a comparative analysis, for further analysis of Jiang Ze-min's thinking of the Marxist inheritance and development of the rule of law provides a theoretical basis. Chapter Marxist legal thought, from the narrow and broad ideological Marxist rule of law were carried out conceptual elaboration. Narrow legal thought is Marxism of Marx and Engels, the rule of law point of view, the rule of law theory. Broad legal thought, including Marxism Leninism, Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Ze-min and Hu Jin-tao's legal thought, is a theory. Chapter Jiang Ze-min Thought Marxist inheritance and development of the rule of law. This chapter is the focus of the study, the main analysis of Jiang Ze-min's thinking of the Marxist inheritance and development of rule of law, the specific content, including the general meaning of the rule of law, proposed the "rule of virtue," thought the rule of law sets out the basic way put forward the strategic objectives of the socialist rule of law, described the essence of socialist democratic politics, that the fight against crime and anti-corruption ideas. Chapter V introduces the history of Jiang Ze-min's contribution to the rule of law and Jiang Ze-min's thinking on building a socialist rule of law and the rule of law ideology guiding role in China. In the last chapter, we take the contribution and the contemporary history of socialist rule of law guiding two aspects of China Jiang Ze-min as the inheritance of Marxist ideology and the development of the rule of law.
