Research On Popularizing The Public Video Surveillance&Control System Related Legal Matter In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

The popularization and application of Public Video Surveillance&Control System, while it maintains public security and strengthens the urban management powerfully, the legal flaw or the legal basis insufficiency which caused by the legislates flaw in the execution often violates the citizen legal rights and interests. The author analyses the Public Video Surveillance&Control System legislative work which bases on "The Public Security Technology Guard Act of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region" and the domestic laws and regulations, caused by the popularization of Public Video Surveillance&Control System and violation citizen right of privacy, the pictorial information property rights and usage rights, the criminal evidence collection, conflict with other laws and regulations in the legislation and the execution fields, and proposes some suggestions that consummate the legislation, standard execution to regulate the system's installment, usage and management efficiently.
