Design And Implementation Of Public Security Video Surveillance Call Management System

With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the city's public security management is also complicated.In order to effectively assist the public security department in the management of public security,this paper collects and organizes the data of video surveillance equipment and social security cases,and uses the GIS map display and attribute data display,management and analysis functions to visualize the case and multivariate analysis on the map.By collecting real-time video of monitoring points and optimizing research on the shortest path algorithm,the police emergency path is planned,and finally a complete public security video surveillance management system is formed to help coordinate and maintain urban security management.This paper discusses the characteristics of video surveillance system and the existing application status.Based on the existing shortcomings and problems,the system is based on Microsoft Visual Studio software platform,Microsoft SQL Server database,ArcGIS software platform,and adopts REST and RIA-based WebGIS technology framework.Combined with the front-end ExtJS and ECharts chart visualization technology,the optimized and improved Dijkstra algorithm is used to encapsulate the shortest path analysis method,and finally realize the public security video surveillance management system,which can help public security personnel to comprehensively monitor urban security,case management and command emergency emergencies.The main achievements of this research are as follows:(1)Based on the data storage space and algorithm running time,the Dijkstra algorithm of the shortest path is improved and optimized.(2)Combine REST Web Services and RIA technology to establish a WebGIS system model,discuss the design and implementation of key technology architecture,and analyze and summarize the advantages of the model.(3)Complete the construction of the spatial database and attribute database of the public security video surveillance call management system to realize the interaction,display,management and analysis of spatial data and attribute data.(4)Design and implement the public security video surveillance call management system,complete the interactive query of the map,the management of the case,the management of the video equipment and video,the GIS path analysis and the user management.Based on the research status at home and abroad,related research methods and technical theories,this study has developed the function of the public security video surveillance call management system in combination with the actual needs of public security,which can better meet the needs of public security management.In the future,we hope that we can better expand GIS capabilities,improve and optimize more specific functions,in order to play a greater role in public security monitoring,management,emergency and other work,reflecting actual value.
