Joining the WTO in these years, the big multinational company of our country has huge development, at the same time they encounter more and more difficulty and competitive pressure. Modern enterprise management modes of foreign has been sound already, the various systems of the countries which market economy has developed are different from our country, it brings a lot challenges to some aspects such as sales, taxation, transfer assets, business license and litigation. Especially intellectual property management and protection, the use and the value of trademark is the outstanding of the most problems. This paper systematically introduces the theory of system of evaluation brand value concept, analyzes the existing evaluation system development condition and shortcomings; collects the domestic and foreign relevant brand value evaluation data such as the monographs and articles, while advanced analysis of these disadvantages of trademark evaluation system in accordance with the above materials; finally, put forward to improve the system opinion and the suggestion, and imagine the possibility of future brand value evaluation method and principle of medica structure, so as to provide the reference for legislation and more in-depth research.
