Rural Youth Crime Research

The youth crime is the antisocial behavior of aberrance which seriously disserves the security of life and property and infringes the rural economic development. It is very important to establish the social order by deeply analyzing the current situation, characteristics and origin of youth crime in rural areas.As an extreme way to influencing the countryside order, the social conditions and basics of youth crime have been changing with the transformation from the tradition to modern society in China's countryside--the obvious criminal risky features such as liquidity, uncertainty, gang, tendency to be young and variability, which enables the rural society to be an object of high self-defense. Moreover, the rural order has been severely impacted in agricultural production, interpersonal relationship and rural security administration. In other words, the criminal behaviors restrict the society structure and conditions. Thus, the youth crime has been influencing the establishment of rural order by a new way.Crime is the derivative of society. There are complicated social reasons in the process to causing crime. In modern rural society, the operational logic of rural economy, culture, controlling, and institution will arise the youth crime. This process is mainly based on the background of rural transformation with obvious risky features, namely the factitious uncertainty. Besides, the knowledge structure, living situation, psychological changes etc. are also the important reasons to cause crime. In a word, these subjective and objective reasons have provided us with new consumptions and paradigms to understanding and analyzing the youth crime.The prevention and domination of rural youth crime are the important approaches to establishing the countryside order and the preconditions and guarantee to developing a new socialist countryside in harmony. Therefore, to establish the stable and ordered countryside, scientific and reasonable preventions need to be proposed via implementing the detailed precautions to youth crime.
