This paper analyzed on civil rights remedy system that review system, redress system, complaint system, personnel dispute arbitration system and Judicial system on case range, accepting authority, procedures and results with the absence of the judicial system and other issues, on from expand the scope of accepting cases, setting up an independent body, improve procedures and strengthen the results with the introduction of mechanisms for judicial relief consideration of proposals put forward to civil rights relief system.
