Judiciary committee system with Chinese characteristics is an implementation of China, and in the judicial system for years. Historically, this system to guarantee the people's courts at various levels produced the judge quality, improve the judge's law enforcement quality plays a lot of positive role. However, with the development of the Chinese society, citizen democracy and legal system to enhance awareness of, the judicial committee system for legal professionals have some disadvantages which reviled.
