Studies On The Ideological And Political Education Of Small And Medium-sized Private Business Owners

In China's private business, Small and medium-sized private enterprise make up the majority. These enterprises have the virtue of a strong capacity for action and adaptability and rapid development. They provide one of the main powers to promote the growth of economy, especially in rural areas and small towns and they also take a significant and irreplaceable role in the development of the overall national economy. The small and medium-sized private enterprise has tremendous potential for development and growth space; meanwhile, it bears an important social responsibility. So it is of vital importance for a health national development to pay special attention to the work of thoughts and political education for private business owners. Such education work can make these business owners serving as a guide for the grass-roots units to achieve common prosperity, help increase their income and settle the livelihood issues such as the employment problem, environmental conservation, social insurance, arrears of wage and labor protection. A systematical research can help perfect the national thoughts and political education theoretical system concerning private enterprises and contribute to the information support for national fundamental policy.This thesis is based on the research of primary coverage of thoughts and political education for small and medium-sized private business owners and analyses the component and means of present educational system from consciousness of citizenship education, traditional moral education, legal sense education and social responsibility education, four aspects. At the same time, a scientific evaluation on the effect of present educational system methods is made through on-site inspection and research of all small and medium-sized private enterprises in one industrial park of a rural town, thus analyzing the present virtues and defects existing in the thoughts and political education for business owners and suggesting the possibility of improvement by virtue of this.Based on the above researches, this paper argues that the perfection of the methods of thoughts and political education for small and medium-sized private business owners will take a long process. On one hand, a rational working system needs to be structured, in which all organizations can cooperate, coordinate, supply each other's needs and set one's own clear and definite working goals. On the other hand, working approach needs to be innovated and working mechanism needs to be established during the execution, elaborating and implementing the work of thoughts and political education for small and medium-sized private business owners following the principle of going from whole to part.
