Since the reform and opening up, administrative guidance has been gradually applied to all areas of our administration, and achieved great practical effect, it makes up the laws, to promote administrative efficiency, adapt to the rapid development of society, promoting China's market economy development and reduce the "official people" friction, and promote harmonious social progress. With the modern market economy and democracy in China further development of administrative guidance in practice will play an increasing role.However, current legislation and practice from our position, there are some issues administrative guidance.
