When minority owners enjoyment of condominium, minority owners of property rights and interests are not adequately protected. That's because owners voting system exists problems and the interrelated institutions have some imperfectings. In this paper, it combines domestic and international laws to protect the interests of minority owners of the relevant provisions. It indepthly analysis "The People's Republic of China Property Law" (shortened form of "Property Law") and "Property Management Regulations" of the relevant regulations.Part one.
