When minority owners enjoyment of condominium, minority owners of property rights and interests are not adequately protected. That's because owners voting system exists problems and the interrelated institutions have some imperfectings. In this paper, it combines domestic and international laws to protect the interests of minority owners of the relevant provisions. It indepthly analysis "The People's Republic of China Property Law" (shortened form of "Property Law") and "Property Management Regulations" of the relevant regulations.Part one. Summarized in a minority of owners of property losses are mainly in the performance of several forms, namely, maintenance of buildings and their auxiliary facilities, the allocation of funds arising from damage to property; improvement, repair property damage caused by the building; in the context of a total part of the establishment of other ancillary facilities arising from property damage; to establish exclusive right to use the property damage caused by; right part of the proceeds of a total of property damage caused by the unequal distribution of.Part two. A detailed analysis of the reasonableness of the meeting of owners to run a small number of owners of property rights and interests play an important influence.Part three. Due to the different situations between home and abroad, the legislation that govern minority owners of property rights have nothing in common with each other. It is regulated mainly from owners voting system and rights of rescission.Part four. To my way of thinking, when refering to minority owners of property rights for significant influence, it should be accepted with unanimous approval. It should try to add cost-and-benefit-sharing to Property Law . If minority owners of property rights and interests are not adequately protected, it should be effective by improving the system of litigation to resolve.
