Research On The Pattern Of Justice Appraisal

Forensic identification of operational mode of the judicial system of the building, specifically the work of judicial practice have important guiding significance.This paper aims to study forensic mode of operation, compared to extra-territorial identification system in forensic analysis of the problems in that judicial appraisal of the idea of reform, that of building a suitable mode of operation of the judicial identification.I will run through the identification of patterns of judicial in-depth analysis to explore the Italian model in China has established a technical adviser on the feasibility of the system.In this first part, I will run the model forensic research on the forensic elements of the three basic operating modes: expert, conclusions, identification procedures, do in-depth analysis and discussion, the basic theory to the analysis by draw the relationship between,to arrive at defining the definition of forensic standard types of operating modes summarized ,and the institute of forensic mode of operation has great significance .The contents of the second chapter the author as a key part of this article, will focus on three extra-territorial operation mode Forensic: Forensic civil law, common law model of expert witnesses and mixed-mode, Japan and Italy.This in-depth analysis of three models of specific provisions and legal background and has been in practice, emerging issues, through the comparison of three models in-depth study on the merits of its system to facilitate the identification of our country chose the appropriate mode of operation of judicial construction.The third section briefly describes current situation in China's judicial appraisal system, and pointed out that the existing Forensic of the existence of major problems.The fourth part points out the power of judicial appraisal of the feasibility of re-configuration, that the reform of the idea of judicial appraisal and feasibility analysis.
