Research On The Civil Disobedience Theory Of Rawls

"Civil Disobedience" theoretical researched from the West, to the twentieth century, the late sixties to early seventies the research of this theory reached a climax, and the most important contemporary on the "civil disobedience" theory should be in the "Theory of Justice", that was written by Rawls.This paper is the study of Rawls's "civil disobedience" theory, and mainly introduces the theory of civil disobedience's theoretical context, justice perspective, content, certification, and on this basis in-depth analysis this theory. Rawls assume that"civil disobedience"towards a democratic system of justice in the tow principles of justice and violations of the law or system, and in the faithful carried out within the law.
