Since 1920s or 1930s, the social mobility in rural mid-Hebei has grown out-of-order to some extent, which made the social upward movement extremely hard while the social downward movement was made very popular. The disorder of the social mobility in rural mid-Hebei supplied favorable conditions for CPC stepping in the society of this area. By ways like military recruiting, training of key members, school education, setting up models, enrichment of peasants by revolution and so on, CPC revolution realized the revival of social mobility in mid-Hebei anti-Japanese bases. Moreover, CPC revolution preliminary realized the equalization of social mobility mechanism. In the period of Libration War, land reform became the most revolutionary social mobility mechanism of CPC revolution. And in the social mobility mechanism, ceremony and body played an important role, which exactly reflected the inertia of traditional convention strength and practiced the difficulty of CPC revolution. In the social mobility mechanism of CPC revolution, innate elements of social mobility gradually functioned less while postnatal elements functioned more, which reflects the high degree of social openness in the mid-Hebei anti-Janpanese bases and librated area. At the same time, the real routes that every class of mid-Hebei rural area chosen to move also showed apparent ration. These real movement routes were chosen by them based on their comprehensive consideration of the contents of CPC policies, local environment and self conditions. For the reason that CPC revolution is the dominant motive of social mobility mechanism in rural area, CPC revolution had a great impact on rural social mobility mechanism from anti-Japanese bases period. Due to this fact, the circulation of social mobility always couldn't get rid of the trend of politicalization. CPC revolution became the motive of social mobility in mid-Hebei rural area as well as its bottleneck that limited the direction and degree of its development, which is the most representative pattern that political elements reflected on social mobility mechanism of rural China. In a word, based on interaction and mutual benefits and by the help of revival or circulation of social mobility mechanism, CPC revolution successfully stepped in rural society and remolded the relationship between the country and the society. The form of such social mobility mechanism had a great influence to both the contemporary society and the rural Chinese society in the period of collectivization or de-collectivization.
