The Legislative Construction Of The Aged Care System In China

In the 21st century,the aging of the world speeds up,as well as the aging of China,but there is no guardianship system in China.Many countries in the world have established the Aged Care Act,for example the Persistent agent system in United Kingdom,the Germany's Authorization system for old age,the Japan's selecting guardianship system and the guardianship system intended to be.Through introducing the history of guardianship system and the relating guardianship laws or researches in the world,the thesis analysises the defects of the existing guardianship system in our state,also puts forward some legislative proposals about the construction of the Aged Care system in China,such as the commissioned care system,society care system through the mobilization of social forces,when necessary to establish national monitoring system with state power intervening.
