The Study On The Comparison, Analyse And Application Of The Estimation Methods On The Corporate Valuation

With the implement of the value-based management (VBM) in the corporation, the idea of realizing the maximized corporate value has imbedded into the people's brains deeply. While in the process of putting VBM into action, the first thing is to know well how the corporate value has been measured and what are the value drivers. Only finding the power of creating the value, can we guide the corporation to the way of realizing the maximized value.In the first step this article systematically introduces the different ideology and methods of the corporate value estimation and makes the comparison of these differences to get to know what the best situation of using different method is. Secondly the article tries to discover the real corporate value in a view of the corporate inner value and carefully analyses the important parameters in the model, and then masters the direction of the evolvement of the inner value model. At last the article practically researches the two different estimation models with a case to better know the differences and the limitations of these methods.The process of the corporate value estimation is actually to learn the process of the corporate value creation. To carry out the estimation of the inner corporate value is to clear the aim of the corporate development so as to promote the VBM. Therefore in the stand of the manager we should put more attention to find the corporate inner value to enhance the managerial lever. Meanwhile well-knowing the corporate inner value can also help those corporate interests-related people make wise investments.
