| On the background of the developing environment of the small - medium enterprises (hereunder called SMEs) since the beginning of Reform and Open to the world of China, this thesis analyses the situation and characteristics of the SMEs, to point out one of the most serious bottleneck of the development of SMEs is the difficulty of finance. Meanwhile, on the base of the Theory of the Cycle of the Finance Improvement, the author also analyses the main reasons of the equity gap of SMEs resulted from the defects of enterprises themselves, finance companies and credit guarantee companies, to further fundamentally discover its structural problem - The Policy of Finance Control. By studying the experience of the overseas policy and operation of finance support to enterprises, three suggestions are given by the author. First, to build up the capital finance support banking system,secondly, to raise the efficiency of the finance for debit,finally, to improve the service of finance guide line. |
