Study On Financing Question And Countermeasure Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In Our Country

Question of finance difficulty is one of the obstacles of development of small and medium-sized enterprises. So, it is devoted much attention by many people. But, this question hasn't been resolved in substance up to now. Therefore, It is still very important to continue studying this question.This thesis mainly approach some reasons and countermeasures of finance difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises from two angles: enterprise and finance environment. Because of the extensive literature of the latter, this thesis discuss countermeasures of finance difficulty mainly from the angle of enterprise. I think the reasons related with the enterprise of finance difficulty are that medium-sized and small enterprises are not skillful in making use of finance instrument and they have many other drawbacks. Directing against these problems the thesis put forward some countermeasures from the angle of enterprise and from the angle of finance environment.The thesis can be devided into three parts in the framework, the first part(Chapter one) is preamble; the second part(Chapter two) is proposition and analysis of the question ; the last part(Chapter one , Chapter two and Chapter three) is the advice and countermeasure.
