A Study On The Issues About Township Financial Management System Reform

Township financial is the most basic one of the five levels in Chinese financial system. It is the cornerstone of the system. Since the opening and reform of China, the construction of township financial had acquired a great achievement, but township financial has made a lot of problem in this time, especially the increasingly deficiency of township financial, due to the limitation of township financial system. It has not only hindered the normal development of the township financial, but also endangered the stability of township government and rural society.
