Research On The Relations Between Our Government And Enterprises During The Reforming Of Property Rights System

Our government has actively pushed about the reforming of state-owned enterprise since the reform and opening-up,and now "building modern enterprise system" and "building modern property rights system"have been being the key point of which. At the same time ,our country has been beginning to change the government's functional authorities greatly, in order to be adapt to the modern marketing system. During the reforming of property rights, how to change the government's functional authorities and how to regulate or deal with the relations between our government and state-owned enterprises are the most important issues in my research.Guilded by the theory of Maxism and Deng Xiaoping's doctrine of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,this paper mainly uses method of combining model analysis and positive analysis.
