The nationalism's carrier is a important factor that affected nationalism from history to reality, earner's fountion make great role in the development of nationalism, and it is significant for us comprehend and use the concept of nationalism correctly in view of carrier's fountion to research nationalism ,nationalism produce from carrier, and emerge, develop in it, there are close relation between nationalism and carrier, the thesis try to carding the concept of nationalism and carrier, mutual relation, then probe into the relation and mutual role mechanism, at last, proclaim carrier's development significance to the development of nationalism rational and international political in the future.In additiong to the introduction ,the thesis consists of four sections:Part 1 is the analysis on the necessity, definite of nationalism and its carrier, the author point out that nationalism intension including three part:people in feeling belong to nation and nation-state ; rational knowledge to nation-state; the equilibrium between the reasonable and unreasonable factors, then author stress that carrier's intension and extension.Part 2 is the discussion on relation between nationalism and its carrier, through analysis the pros and cons-the role of carrier to nationalism and the role of nationalism to carrier, reach a conclusion that two sides form mutual role mechanism.Part 3 is the analysis on current situation types of nationalism international political, the tendency of nationalism and carriers develop under the influence of globalization, the author point out that rational nationalism develop orientation and hinder factors, consider their own long-term interests, all kinds of carriers should be attach importance to them and take positive action.Part 4 on the base of above three part analyse, the author point that nationalism is accomplished fact,in order to realize harmonious coexist,one hand all kinds of carriers should promote inside demoncracy building, economical and culture prosperous, provide steady basis for shaping rational nationalism that benefit international order, the other hand they should make great effort to set up impartial, equitable new international political and economical order, creat fine external circumstance for development ofnationalism, thereby thoroughly eliminate nationalism negative effect, realize mankinds magnificent prospects.
