Regional Disparities Analysis And Harmonious Development Countermeasures In Economic Development Of Hebei Province

Hebei province has gained great achievement since reform and opening which began over 20 years ago. However, expansion of the economic difference in regions has become a serious economic problem which impacts on the economy development and social stability and everyone has paid great attention to it.At first, in according to regional economics theory I systemically and synthetically analyzed economy developing level of all cities in Hebei province by international current analysis means per capita GDP and evaluating index. Concretely, I worked out the indexes which show difference and imbalance of collectivity. By quantificational analysis, the thesis has exactly described the changing of regional economic difference of Hebei province. There are several international current indexes used to measure the difference and imbalance of regional economy in this thesis, such as absolute difference, relatively difference, Gini coefficient , regional range, STD and coefficient of STD etc. Then I set up regression model between GDP and time to forecast developing trend of regional economic difference in according to statistical data of every years.Second I has probed into the factors which result in regional economy difference of Hebei province. Main five factors has result in regional economy difference of Hebei province, such as regional development basis, policy, system environment, flow of elements and economy structure etc.At last, the thesis has raise proposal to resolve the problem of regional economy difference in Hebei province and discovered reasonable dividing the work mode among every cities of hebei province which can facilitate harmonious developing of regional economy in Hebei province.
