At first, it analyzes the current situation and existing problem of job shop manufacturing at home and abroad, and then organize the work flow in many ways, and find the common characteristic and individual characteristic, at last according to the main feature of job shop manufacturing and the similarity and characteristic of the job shop manufacturing different process, this paper gives the guidelines and fundamental of job shop manufacturing plan and control optimization firstly base on the merits of MRPII, JIT, OPT and traditional plan method. What' more, the optimization of production plan and production control is undertaken which solves the production bottleneck problem of job shop manufacturing effectively and can bring considerable economic performance for job shop manufacturing enterprises. At last, this paperstudies the software technology involved in system develop simply. The system architecture and development tool are also selected. According to frame levels, the software architecture of the whole system is set and all the modules, input and output are analyzed in detail. Base on the software architecture set in this paper, the software system is developed.
