Discrete Manufacturing Companies Plan To Research And Development Of The Scheduling System

This paper studies the actualities and developments of the Production Planning and Scheduling technologies all over the world, investigates the common issues in the Production Plaining and Scheduling phrase for the assemble-to-order discrete manufacturing enterprise, and analyzes the special requirements of the Production Planning and Scheduling in the Mass Customization (MC).Basing on the comparison of MRPH/ERP and JIT, this paper puts forward a Push/Pull Planning and Scheduling mode used in the MC, studies the method to establish the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and the Final Assembly Schedule (FAS), and expatiates the Push control process for the production of the common modules and the Pull control process for the production of the special modules.Finally, according to the characteristics and requirements of the Production Planning and Scheduling process of NANFANG Motor Co., Ltd, this paper introduces the approach of designing and building the prototype system and summarizes the implementation methods, procedures and application effects of the prototype system.
