| The dissertation starts from theory of transaction cost, then illuminate the supply chain partnership as a new mechanism of resource allocation, which is the effective to allocate the medium-specialty asset. So these explain the theoretical certainty of supply chain partnership's formation. Simultaneously, the historical certainty of supply chain partnership also is demonstrated. Bullwhip effect is regarded as the most outstanding problem in supply chain management .The paper makes the quantitative and qualitative analysis on reason of its existence, and presents the corresponding methods of control. Information sharing not only is effective solution to control the bullwhip effect, but also is the basis of supply chain management .In the paper, it not only illuminate the content and hierarchy of information sharing ,but also makes the quantitative and qualitative analysis on the value of information sharing ,which includes stock information demand information. Moreover, the overall effect on the whole supply chain also is evaluated. The result of evaluation is that information sharing can reduce the bullwhip effect and improve the performance of supply chain. But, the member of supply chain is the self-interest entity, what can guarantee the member of supply chain choose the honest information sharing as the optimum choice. The paper studies from two aspects. Fist, it analyzes the reason for information distortion with game theory, studies two forms of information distortion caused by mechanism design and mutual distrust, and analyzes the contract management in supply chain with principal-agent theory. Based on these analysis, the paper describes the coordinative and incentive mechanism and gives the method to design incentive mechanism. On technology, it discusses the information sharing support system for realization of information sharing in supply chain, and proposes the models and structures of information sharing. In addition, their characteristics are also analyzed.
