Establishing A Staff Motivation Mechanism Of Stock Exchange

This paper aims at an overall scheme of establishing a staff motivation mechanism of stock exchange to meet the requirements of new situations while the operating environment of dealing in securities is undergoing profound changes. The scheme consists of a traction mechanism, a power mechanism, an appraisal mechanism and a competitive mechanism, which interact each other and form into a circular system of motivation. Specific and feasible measures as well as proposals for setting up the four mechanisms are put forward in this thesis with integration of HR theory and practice and centering on motivation.To begin with, this paper gives an introduction to the background of stock exchange and indicates the existing conditions and problems of staff motivation.Then, this paper probes into the environmental factors of establishing a staff motivation mechanism of stock exchange and points out the requirements of a new stock exchange trading pattern on the staff motivation mechanism, by analyzing the characteristics...
